"Villa was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. Our host, Alexandra, was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations. Street parking was easy. Walking distance to supermarket and family friendly restaurants. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The water dispenser was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that no bath amenities were provided other than toilet paper, but that was not a deal breaker…just something to know in advance so that you bring...

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...
