"Beautiful view of the lake. Daily walks during spring season was perfect. Flowers bursting everywhere Very quiet and remote. Extremely spacious. Perfect for multi-families. Internet works great only inside cabin. Joseph was very friendly and very helpful for any questions or concerns. Loved the woodstove fireplace. It was fun to use and kept us warm. "

"The cabin was located close to the pizza place in the main town. There was plenty of space in this rental. One bedroom downstairs was great for those who have trouble going upstairs. Full size laundry inside. Nice patio and table outside for crisp morning breakfast and warm sunny lunches. The couches are a little dated and the carpet upstairs, but overall not a problem. "We brought our family and dog to this location and it suited our needs perfectly. There were games available for the kids and a screened porch we really enjoyed using to be outside without having troubles with bugs. The owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Property has an amazing view! It is also easy to “check-in,” very clean and well-maintained. Two important things to note. First, despite what the listing states, there is no AC. There is some sort of system that cools the air a bit, but does nothing about humidity. We stayed during a heat dome event and it was uncomfortable. "We enjoyed our stay, the location was great not too far from the freeway but far enough away you were not in the “city”. The owners were very accommodating to us. They even had toys for my three year old to play with outside. The outdoor playground was great. The trailer was well kept, and ready for us when we arrived. It had a large cover on top to help it when it was sunny. We were happy to find this gem for our 4 night stay. I would book with them again if I return to this area."

"We traveled to Clovis for a swim meet and stayed in the property for two nights. It was incredibly clean and well appointed. It did feel like any more than 8 guests would have been too tight. Overall though, an outstanding stay for our needs."

"The property is delightful. Small and compact but very efficient. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but very little for spices. So if you plan to cook there you might want to check that out. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and the access was the easiest we have ever had. Plus the owner was super reponsive."
