"A lovely modern house, well appointed and very comfortable, welcoming and helpful host, lovely, peaceful setting near ox-bow lake, well situated for trips around Yorkshire, a very enjoyable stay. "

"Very impressive building, great outdoor space, pool table was a good addition. The kitchen/diner was very dark at all times, even in the day. Difficult to see anything to prepare food or to tidy. A couple of extra lights would make the world of difference. One bathroom between all of us was also a bit of a pain. As was the lack of a hob (I would suggest being explicit that there isn’t one in the listing). It made things very difficult with trying to cater for a 3 year old."

"The property is ideally located to explore all areas of Lincolnshire, it is situated in a lovely village with good amenities. The property was very welcoming, clean and very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is very nicely decorated, had a comfy sofa and bed and was very pleasant to go back to after a day exploring. We would certainly recommend the property and would love to stay again in the future."
