"Staff were very efficient and helpful Hotel has lovely restaurant and bar Had a junior suite which was very clean And had everything you could require for the stay Hotel is situated in a great location Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Southampton"

"Needs a little tlc in some areas... receptionist was more interested in chit chatting rather than helping me out with a problem in my room and I was expected to wait 2 hours for a remedy!!! If it wasn't for Cameron in the restaurant this place would be worse the management need to take a closer look at what he does and the hours he works and offer him management training"
