San Vincenzo is a small town in a strategic position: it is only 14 km from the Archaeological Park of Populonia, Baratti and Rocca di San Silvestro, where you can enjoy breathtaking views!!! For lovers of shopping centers or large historic cities: Livorno, Pisa, Grosseto, Siena and Volterra are only an hour's drive away. In summer our small town comes alive until late at night: the shops remain open in the evening after dinner and there are very welcoming places where you can spend a pleasant evening.
In via Giuseppe di Vittorio n.2, in the area called della Piana, we rent a ground floor apartment consisting of a kitchen, double bedroom (window overlooking the condominium gallery) and a bathroom without a window with shower.

1 private parking space.

EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, WIFI.

BEDS: There are 4 beds consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed.

LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Possibility of purchasing disposable linen: DOUBLE SHEET KIT 12 eur - SINGLE SHEET KIT 8 eur - KIT 3 TOWELS 5 eur.

RULES: SMALL PETS ALLOWED. A DEPOSIT OF €200 IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.
