The Toscana village is great - so relaxing

The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.

Not what we expected from the pictures

Really disappointed with this stay, we knew we were before their main season, so the pool not being filled was expected, but the cabin we were given was at least a 20 year old mobile home, it had cracks in the ceiling that something white constantly dropped out of, it smelt damp and musty, the ceiling vent leaked during heavy rain, and for the last 2 days of our stay the loo was blocked which we did report, but they didn't sort, so we had to walk down the hill to the campers loo in the valley and back each time we needed to use a toilet. The site itself was okay, and in a very handy area for Pisa & Florence, but the cabin was awful, which really put a damper on things

Price was okay but the property itself was unclean, the AC for heating didnt really work and had to use the space heater, there appeared to be some sort of sauce stain on the floors that hadnt been cleaned, toliet seat was also broken. Also pillow covers wasn't provided when we arrived so we had to wait till the next day for it to be provided. Parking was fine but muddy due to rain but otherwise everything else seemed fine.

El alojamiento está viejo, necesita una reforma urgente.Las instalaciones están abandonadas y viejas, las malas hierbas crecidas, los setos sin cortar. Todo en general necesita una reforma urgente, se nota que el cuidado que tienen es mínimo mínimo. Es una pena porque el entorno es bonito y tranquilo

Un séjour inoubliable !

Point positif , la patience du gardien du camping pour nous attendre malgré un retard sur l'horaire d'arrivée annoncé ...Points négatifs : un bungalow vétuste avec beaucoup d'humidité, en particulier dans les chambres. De l'eau suinte d'une fenêtre dans une chambre et a provoqué une auréole jaunâtre sur un dessus de lit (qui n'a pas été changé ). La nuit une souris est apparue dans le coin repas, attirée sans doute par la poubelle, bien que la porte d'entrée soit fermée...Un trou au sol dans une chambre a pu favoriser l'entrée de l'annimal .

Petit camping convivial et tranquille bien situé pour rayonner en Toscane ou se rafraîchir entre 2 visites. Si vous souhaitez le maximum de calme, réservez le plus loin possible de l’autoroute afin qu’aucun son ne vous parvienne. Le personnel est très aimable et réactif, que ce soit en italien, anglais ou français.

Horrible !

It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3.

Buona struttura

Casetta confortevole e calda, cucina completa di tutti gli accessori, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentilissimo. Aspetti negativi: doccia sporca piena di insettini morti e ragnetti, i fori della cornetta per lavarsi erano quasi totalmente otturati quindi l’acqua usciva pochissima, all’interno della casetta le prese di corrente sono con attacco inglese e nonostante ci siano gli adattatori le cariche a volte si interrompono perché non reggono bene le spine inserite ( forse vanno sostituiti?). Ma soprattutto......i vialetti di ingresso alle casette non hanno abbastanza breccia o una stradina in pietra o legno quindi se capita la giornata piovosa come è capitato a me si arriva in casa calpestando il fango perché si cammina sulla terra bagnata! Per il resto tutto ok la struttura è fornita di un ottimo impianto di climatizzazione sia estivo che invernale.

Bra pool. Gamla faciliteter med charm. Dock var vår dubbelsäng från typ 50-talet och i princip omöjlig att sova i. Tältsäng med ribbor som ramlade av när man vände sig. Mycket bra restaurang och ok pool.
