"We needed to accommodate 5 people and the room was all the way up on the 4th floor. To their standards the first floor is level 0. There is no elevator and my mom fell on the stairs because their lights on the 3rd to 4th floor shuts off too soon. The light will not turn back on until in front of the room door. Also our bed broke. It appears the boards were taped up before in an attempt to repair. We had to wait two days before it was fixed. We were only able to speak with one person that spoke English at the time of the check in. I was unable to complain to anyone due to lack of communication. My husband was also very annoyed a the tiny boxed shower even though he is a slender man. Needless to say I had to creep in sideways to slide through the doors. Staff was overall very nice especially at breakfast. The male server is a gem. Understood half of what he said but very sweet. "

"There wasn’t anything around there there was a bus station right there so I needed to take 2 busses and a train to get anywhere. the staff were amazing helped me out a lot and they let me stay past checkout since my flight was later in the day, and they gave me a ride to the airport for a lot cheaper then anywhere else. The rooms weren’t anything crazy but there was everything I needed in there. The compound was absolutely beautiful !"

"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. Also, back on Feb. 28th we had booked a hotel room near the airport in Nairobi. We were forced to cancel that reservation and yet we were never refunded by the hotel or by you. "Beautiful property and very spacious for families!"

"They advertised rooftop and that was not it, just a sad patio with some chairs Also it said pillow top bed, no it wasn’t. Only 2 flat pillows with a very ugly and uncomfortable cover. Sad depressing “decoration” But very nice and friendly team and the breakfast was a very nice surprise "
