Clean rooms friendly staff and great location

Everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lively area. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Austin. The only problem for me was that they don’t have coffee machine in the room. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. For a 4star place I would have expected to have a coffee machine in the room and I assumed they had it :( I should have read the amenities in detail:) also two of the bar staff were a bit rude. People working in hospitality need to be more friendly in my opinion. Other than those two the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed at the AT&T Hotel for one night while attending the Lady Gaga concert in Austin. Although our stay was brief, we found the hotel to be beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Moody Center, which made our concert experience very convenient. Upon arrival, we hoped to spend a little time at the pool, but it was closed for renovation. While the website did mention ongoing renovations, it did not specifically indicate that the pool would be unavailable, which was slightly disappointing. That said, the hotel is in a great location, offers a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and is an excellent choice for anyone planning to attend an event at the Moody Center.

Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection.
