Relax In This Newly Renovated Downtown Cottage

  • Located near SLO's Famous Downtown area, this newly renovated two bedroom cottage is a short walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. Everything is brand new, ready for you. The property includes a zen-like garden with a deck and a BBQ. For some ommm and some yummm. And make sure you sign a rock in our famous rock fountain.

    The living room features a flatscreen TV, HD Cable with HBO, a sofa that pulls out to sleep two, wifi, a wireless printer, and keyless entry. One bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and the other room has an equally comfy full-size bed. The pullout in the living room is a queen.

    We pride ourselves on having everything you might need. Fully stocked kitchen to actually cook in, extra toothbrushes, Advil...you name it! Even a freezer full of ice cream!

Such a great stay! Loved that the home had anything you may need and had forgotten to bring as well! So cozy and was perfect for our quick weekend in SLO. Perfect location to downtown and Madonna Inn! Will definitely look to stay here for future visits.

Great location and really well stocked! We had a very nice time at this home and enjoyed the back deck and bbq as well as everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Walking distance to down town was super convenient. The nicest hosts that obviously take a lot of pride in taking great care of their guests. I recommended this property to others before I even checked out!

Fantastic and quick communication. The house was perfect for us - very cute, clean and it has everything you could possibly need-tons of coffee and creamers, a flat iron, umbrellas and goodies. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and close to coffee shops and High Street Deli. Will definitely be back!

Great location! Walking to downtown shopping and restaurants. Drive to several nature parks and beaches. Clean a comfortable. So much is included. We took the beach towels and beach chairs to Montana De Oro to do some shell and rock hunting, so fun and relaxing. Very clean and terrific hosts!This cottage has it all!

Great house, great hosts!

Great little house and location, but the hosts made it a superior experience, letting us know we could check in early and having a very well stocked property - coffee, spices, water, and tons of treats!

One of the best VRBO experiences! Thank you so much for making such a welcoming, wonderful home away from home for us to enjoy! I've never experienced such hospitality and the cottage was stocked with everything we could possibly need. I even had a minor spill on the mean streets of downtown SLO (haha), and there was peroxide, neosporin and bandaids in the bathroom ... such a great thing to find and totally unexpected. The sweet ice cream treats were extra special, too! The location was so ideal - right around the corner from Nautical Bean and a very quick walk to downtown SLO. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Great stay in SLO!

This cottage had absolutely everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. It was by far the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location for walking to the downtown area. We definitely hope to return! Perfect for a couple or small family.

Adorable and Perfect Location

The hosts have gone out of their way to make this a HOME. All the amenities and more were there. By far, the best I have stayed at. Also, downtown is within walking distance, and the coast is a short drive. I would stay here again.

Wonderful cottage in the heart of SLO!

I was very pleasantly surprised how well this cottage fit our family. It's one of the best rentals I've stayed in due to the owner's attention to detail! Honestly, the description probably undersold how nice everything was. I would love to stay here again!

Cozy, comfortable, everything we needed and more. Love the ability to walk to where we could shopy, sight-see and dine at great places. Felt safe and secure at all times. Great to be back in SLO

The charming cottage was a perfect spot for our long weekend exploring SLO and the surrounding area. It is clear Beth and Paul love their little home and sharing it with others. The special treats in the freezer and plenty of coffee in the morning was a wonderful addition. The cottage had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

Sweet, cozy stay

The accommodations were excellent: the hosts were gracious and welcoming with lots of lovely touches: a freezer full of pizzas and frozen treats, purified bottled water dispenser for hot and cold water, black-out curtains a renovated well stocked kitchen, yoga mat and weights, and so much more. The cottage is charming and comfortable and a short walk into downtown SLO through lovely neighborhoods. Can't wait to come back!
