"Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. "The appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back."

"Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt...

"Nous avions décidé de visiter Bellagio et Varenna mais grâce à cette location nous avons découvert les petits villages alentours et le Mont Legnoncino, la petite trattoria conseillée par Laura du minimarket était géniale. "We stayed in Ai Mulini holiday home for one week in the beginning of July. This was a perfect timing with the garden and pool being in the sun the whole day. We love the Italian Alps and it was very easy to go to different villages from the holiday home. The garden was excellent. Many separate rooms make this perfect for different couples with children. Each room has it's own bathroom. We thank Francesca and Marco"

"Jolie maison, propre et tres bien équipée avec terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme a 10mn de Menaggio. Place de parking devant la maison et commerces et plage au centre du village accessibles a 5mn a pieds. Nous avons été tres bien reçus par les propriétaires. "We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather.
