I was surprised with the quality of the hotel and room for the price. As good as any 5 star in quality, cleanliness, location and staff. The price was right especially for a last minute reservation!

Great location and staff

Posted 10-Oct-2016
Pros: Staff was exceptionally helpful during our stay.
Cons: City traffic can be loud for those looking for a quiet retreat.
Location: Great location. Plenty of high quality restaurants as well as locate small eateries nearby. Very close to trolley and bus stops.
The rooms were great and clean with great views of the city below. Parking was close and convenient. The hotel staff was amazing! They went above and beyond with information and help. Great location, near great restaurants, shops, and transportation stops.

Beautiful Hotel, great location, poor service

Posted 10-Oct-2016
Location: Lovely street Geary. We were able to walk the entire day to all the locations we wanted.
Our stay was enjoyable, but we did run into a few issues with service. Dirty towel left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. After requesting 3 separate times throughout the day (first at 8:30am) that our bed sheets be changed, when we got back from dinner at 11:30pm, there were clean sheets folded at the edge of our bed... disappointing to pay money to change my own sheets. When leaving we gave front desk our valet ticket and were told it would take 20 minutes to get our car because it was busy... granted there was only one other couple in the lobby. 20 minutes for $52 overnight valet? So we asked if we could leave our luggage and go get a coffe. When we came back our car was out front with no luggage. We had to go inside and ask where our luggage was... and we're told they were in storage and it would take 10-15 minutes to get it. When the bellman brought the luggage he took it off the cart and put it in front of the front desk... so we had to carry it out to the car. There was a valet guy just standing at the door watching us move the bags, - little ridiculous to me. Why would one pay to valet to wait around so long and still have to take care of our own bags? Extremely frustrating that our entire experience at the hotel was great and it had to be tarnished because of poor customer service.

Great location at half the cost.

Posted 03-Oct-2016
We stayed only one night at Warwick and it was perfect. Though the room was tired looking it was clean & comfortable. The location was great for transportation & walking around Union Sq. Plenty of food options in the surrounding area, plus the hotel had a bar and restaurant. The staff were curious, informative and helpful in all instances. We arrived early and they happily stored our luggage until check in time. All in all a good choice for our stay in SFO.

Great time in San Francisco

Posted 02-Oct-2016
Hotel is two minutes walk to union square and the main shopping area and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the harbour. Expensive hotel and the rooms aren't that big, we had our 12 and 10 year old with us so it was a little cosy but we were out most of the time. Happy hour at the bar is 5-8 pm every day. The staff are excellent and very helpful and the room is cleaned daily with fresh towels if you request. Alcatraz and cycling the Golden Gate Bridge are a must do while in San Francisco, my 10 year old couldn't take her head set off in Alcatraz, she loved it.

First time stay. Very small room. Just fine for overnight business travel.
