Nice hotel in Union Square

Fast and easy check in; good room with comfy bed; close to cable car stops and parking garage. Tip: if you don’t want to pay for parking here ($60/day), use nearby parking garages.

Convenient location - easy to take the BART system from airport to hotel - cheapest way to go for 2 or 3 people.

The hotel construction began at 7:30 am. We were not warned. Had to change rooms. No bathtub.

There was no free Wi-Fi in rooms. And even the charges were really high for Wi-Fi. No free breakfast included. Even the hotel parking was not free, they charged insane for car parking. After paying so much for the hotel, I didn't feel the facilities were worth.

It’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience

Exceptional quality of service, consistent across the board, from the front desk staff, to house keeping, to doorman! I want to call out the front desk manager Jesus, who was willing to go for that extra mile by giving us a room with a king sized bed and A SOFA BED. My daughter was very happy to sleep in the sofa bed, instead of in the floor! The room is super clean and bed very comfortable! Breakfast is outstanding!

Great hotel centrally located in downtown SF,

Pros: Great location
Cons: Everything was great!
Location: If you like to walk, this hotel is great! You can do everything from shopping to sightseeing at a walking distances.
We spent an amazing weekend in SF to celebrate New Year's Eve. We went ice skating , went shopping , took the cable car to China Town and ar night we walked to the Ferry Building to watch the fireworks, it was amazing!!

Overall a good hotel. Friendly staffs. It takes a while to get into elevators, especially in the morning.

The only good thing about this hotel is location

Very disrespectful font desk staff, very small room, the only free wi fi is in the lobby unless you have a reward card, very slow with getting your car from the garage.
