Good hotel in the center of San Francisco

Pros: Location, hotel staff.
Cons: Bed confort
Location: Cable car, china town
An average/good hotel in the center of San Francisco. Hotel seems to be a bit old and some of it parts would need some renovation. Rooms where average size. The hotel is located almost next to cable car, BART and in a 5 minute walk to china town.

Stayed for 3 nights for a conference. Extremely convenient location for sightseeing of the city. Hotel staff was very nice. The room was relatively large but nothing particular otherwise. No bath tub: only shower.

Good location but not so good room

My air conditioner did not work and the room was extremely hot. The bathroom vent was super loud and the bathroom itself was very very tiny. My room was on the second floor and I could hear everything from the street and from the hallway as well.

Great hotel close to union square

Everything you need in a snappy central location Close to the BART ( 100 m ) to Airport and San Francisco Westfield Great friendly team

Not Impressed. Definitely disappointed by room.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Nice toiletries.
Cons: Smaller furniture in the room
Location: Powell has tons of shopping. Beware of the hostile drug addicts and mentally-ill homeless people that surround the area.
Do not be fooled- Hotel Fusion presents itself as a boutique hotel, but it's actually kind of dumpy. I expect San Francisco hotel rooms to be small and expensive. Our room at Hotel Fusion was both of small and expensive- but also downright depressing. The window faced into a bunch of ducts with random hotel towels strewn about on our outside AC unit. Not very classy. We kept the shades drawn so we wouldn't have to look at that outdoor eyesore. The floors in our now cave of a room were uneven and the run-down furniture was too big for the tiny space. They literally left less than a foot between the bed frame and the desk. In the one night I was there, I managed to stub my toe three times- one of the times nearly breaking it. The bed and pillow were comfortable so despite misgivings I gave the hotel 3 stars. Just a note- there is a club next door. We had to squeeze our way into the hotel through an angry drunken brawl just outside of the hotel door (it was a Wednesday night).

Great location super friendly staff

Our experience at Fusion was 5 star! We had a super noisy neighbor (screaming, yelling) and the hotel took care of it quickly! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only reason I have it a 4 instead of a 5 was because the mattress was super squeaky and not the most comfortable! Location was excellent! I would stay here again!!

Room smelled like cat urine.

Although the hotel’s location was central to everything, the rooms looked tired, and were poorly maintained. Our room smelled like either cat urine or whatever chemicals were used after someone was charged $250 for smoking in the room. Stay away.
