The only inconvenience we encountered was delays in the golf cart services to get our bags to the lobby and the catamaran having technical issues which meant we arrived via speedboat. The hotel staff helped resolve the catamaran issue quickly and refunded us a portion. Amazing stay overall."

"If you want a rustic experience, very Colombian style away from high end resort, stay here. We loved our stay- the rooms have portable ac units, expect not to experience luxury island style- the place is very nice designed but no special amenities. The pool is small and nice- because it’s small it doesn’t stay super clean until night time but it’s ok. The food was good. We enjoyed our stay."

"I stayed 2 days with my girlfriend. She enjoyed the beaches and pool. Room was nice. Drinks & amenities are on the pricey side. I had an issue with the bill when I checked out but the staff handled it with no issue. There's a good wait for the boat to island. Be prepared!"
