The home has a balcony, views of Balboa Park and Coronado, amazing city views, a fireplace, in unit washer/ dryer, refrigerator, stove, flat screen TV, couch with pull out bed, separate master bedroom with a new queen size bed set, wifi with paid Netflix, fully paid utilities, one parking space, lots of light, high ceilings, and 24 hour security. Home is available beginning August 12th for a two month term and again December 1st for a four month term.
