Welcome to your classic Mission Beach getaway! This bright and cheerful townhome has everything you need for a laid-back beach vacation. Traveling with a bigger group? Rent both sides of the duplex and turn it into one big beach house! (Please message us to inquire about the second unit!)

You're just a quick 10-minute walk from the all the action at Belmont Park: ride the roller coaster, grab some cotton candy, and play some carnival/arcade games. This spot comfortably sleeps 7 which includes a twin XL folding cot, making it perfect for families or fun groups of friends.

The beach is practically at your doorstep- just steps off Mission Blvd to the sand and surf. Plus, you're only minutes from the airport, so your vacation starts the moment you arrive. Inside, the home is stocked and ready for fun: beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards included!

The space has some Spanish charm with Saltillo tile throughout. It also includes thoughtful upgrades like dual-pane windows to keep things quiet and cozy at night, a washer and dryer, and garage parking for two cars. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, snack, or just hang out, and the living room includes a 42" flat-screen smart TV with cable WiFi for downtime after the beach.

After a day in the sun, fire up the BBQ and dine outdoors on the private patio, or enjoy a sunset drink from your upstairs balcony with a peek at the ocean. Simple, sunny, and stress-free!

All three levels face the patio and the entrance is in between level 1 and 2, this property requires you to climb stairs!
Level 1: Patio, Bedroom 1 (queen), Bedroom 2 (queen + twin), laundry, guest bathroom, garage access. (Garage fits two standard cars tandem, Dimensions 6'4 H/8'7 W/ 31' D)
Level 2: Kitchen, Dining area, Living room with gas fireplace, small balcony.
Level 3: Primary Bedroom (king), ensuite bathroom , private balcony.

Construction Notice: As of June 2025, the West side neighbors are doing an active interior remodel.

Guests will have access to the entire unit and it's available amenities along with the patio in the front portion of the property.

We are available when needed but won't bother you during your daily stay! Texting will get the fastest response!

Mission Beach is a laid-back neighborhood whose 2 miles of sandy shores attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Nearby Belmont Park has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! Just blocks away from the ocean and bay, you’ll experience the best of the beach!

Be sure to check out all San Diego has to offer! You will find yourself centrally located in America’s Finest City with convenient access to the county's most excellent attractions including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Harbor, prestigious La Jolla, historic Gaslamp Quarter and much more. There are endless opportunities for fun and entertainment!

There are plenty of taxi cabs in the area, as well as the local bus system that makes stops frequently. We always suggest Uber or Lyft as your most convenient mode of transportation! There are also several bike rental shops up and down Mission Blvd. Or your feet can do most of the work in this small community!

Good Neighbor Policy: This home is surrounded by OWNER OCCUPIED homes. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.

NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.

San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.

Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.

Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.

Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.

Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.

Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.

No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.

If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater. If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee.

Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost. Guest is responsible for all damages.

Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied.

Check in / Check out:
Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee.
Upon Vacating, Renters and guests will follow the provided Check-out Procedure.

Hurricane/ Storm Policy/ Pandemic: Mandatory evacuation by State or Federal Authorities will be sufficient cause for refund. Refunds will only be issued for the specific area and for the dates requiring mandatory evacuation. “Shelter in place” is not considered evacuation orders. Travel bans issued by the government will be cause for credit of funds towards future stay within 1 year of original stay date.

City Ordinance/State law: Renters shall not violate city or state ordinances or laws including noise restrictions, parking restrictions and occupancy restrictions.

This property was fantastic. It was very clean and offered everything and more that was advertised. It was just steps from the beach and many other amenities and had lots of beach toys to use as well. Cindy was a gem to deal with and we had the best time. Check-in was a dream and I would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

We really enjoyed this property. We’ve been staying in mission beach every year for a week for years, and this place was fantastic! Every necessity you could need, including a wonderful little welcome package. Everything was so clean, it’s like like it wasn’t even close to the beach- no sand at all! Plenty of towels, fans in every room. We were missing a plug for the bathtub and it was provided right away. Excellent service and so friendly. Keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs here, so it’s not perfect for the elderly or people with really small kids. We’d stay here again for sure!!

My family and I had an amazing vacation. We were steps away from the beach which was perfect because our family of 5 includes two boys and a 5 month old baby. It was easy to pack up everything we needed and take a quick stroll down to the water. Cindy was an amazing host and made the rental process, including check in and check out, incredibly easy. She also recommended a few places that we really enjoyed. The beach house was perfect - if we needed it, it was there. The kitchen was stocked, the towels were soft, the grill was ready for cookouts, and the boogie boards were waiting for us in the garage. It was a short, fun walk down to the boardwalk where we grabbed an ice cream, hopped on a roller coaster and had lots of laughs. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. We never wanted to leave.

We just returned from a 2 week vacation to San Diego and we loved working with Cindy in helping us with our beach rental! She was fast, friendly and very accommodating. This was a second time staying at Jersey Court and it was perfect for our family! It was very clean with nice décor, bedding, towels and new kitchen supplies! It's just steps away from the beach and has a fenced in patio with a gate which was perfect for our young boys! We look forward to staying here again working with the property manager Cindy in the future!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Jersey beach houses. It was a perfect set-up for our large family. We rented both houses and had the patio to share. Cindy, Property manager, was very attentive and responsive to our needs the entire stay. The homes were clean and had many amenities. Very convenient to beach with having little one and lots of beach toys to cart down each day. Would definitely recommend staying at the Jersey houses and looking forward to next year.

Thank you to the staff at VRBO -- our stay was great. We were able to arrive a few hours early and they place was just being finished for our arrival. There were a few thing s missing but the staff was right on it and was able to get the items to us in a quick and easy process. We had an issue with the dryer not working -- they had a professional out in a couple hours to look at and at least get it running for us -- he did return 2 days later with the correct part. Also, on a Sunday evening we had an issue with the garbage disposal -- it was late but when I contacted the staff they ended getting someone out there late on Sunday evening to repair the garbage disposal. It was great customer service and it didn't hinder our stay. I would strongly recommend VRBO when looking for a property to vacation in. IT WAS GREAT!
