Below you will find details about our 1 bed/ 1 bath home, Chambless Riviera Villa in Pacific Beach. This lovely condo features a breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed, panoramic view of beautiful Sail Bay! The almost floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and sliding glass door in the living room lead out to the balcony, with a table and chairs for enjoying the view. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace after a day of exploring San Diego. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen Murphy bed. The kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cherrywood cabinets, and travertine tile, has everything you need for dining in. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with double vanity sinks. There is a coin operated laundry room about 30 feet down the hall. The Riviera Villas are situated on the quieter East side of beautiful Sail Bay (the loveliest part of Mission Bay)! You will have a magnificent view of the sunsets with the activities of the bay in the foreground; kite-boarders, sailboats, water skiers, catamarans, etc. Yet, you are only 12 minutes from San Diego's bustling downtown historic Gaslamp area with its fine dining, 1.5 miles from SeaWorld, and within 15 minutes from the lovely Balboa Park with the famous San Diego Zoo. So, you can have it all! Enjoy your coffee on your private balcony as you watch the boardwalk come alive. Right below, people are on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, and just strolling at leisure. Take a stroll or ride our two provided beach cruiser bikes around the bay and if you like, cross over to Mission Beach with its wide boardwalk to watch the surfers or catch a glimpse of the green flash at sunset. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. This is a great place that is located so close to everything in San Diego. The property is very clean and fits 3-4 adults perfectly. And the place itself is very nice. But we had no water for a couple hours yesterday as they had some issue. When it finally came back on, there was no hot water. We were meeting someone for dinner and had been on the beach. So we had to basically take a cold sponge bath yesterday. Then no shower today. No advance warning from anyone. When they finally responded, it was a simple “Sorry for the inconvenience.” We are going back in September and hopefully, we will have better luck. ##### James M. The staff made sure we were we were well taken care of. It was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a fireplace, which we used almost every chilly evening. We loved our morning walks and sunsets on the balcony. The property was very clean and in good shape. It had everything my wife and I needed for a week stay, including a jigsaw puzzle and games for a rainy day! The location was close to everything we planned on visiting. The neighborhood was quiet.
