The hotel was great! The location kind of limits the hotel as the valet and entrance is extremely small for the caliber of the hotel. The check in was great as the staff are excellent and extremely polite. The valet is expensive compared to the other high end hotels in SA. The workers hustle but they do not have enough employees to satisfy the number of vehicles. The 10th floor bar/club/pool is great! I would recommend staying just dont valet your car.

Rooms were quiet, beds are amazing you will get a good nights rest, staff very helpful. breakfast was very delicious. If you want to see what is around the hotel the river walk bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance i can say i will return and stay at this hotel 100%.Also has rooftops amazing city views, bar pool, food service you don't have to leave the hotel at all it has everything and many places to explore.. Amazing experience.

Amazing hotel! By far, our favorite! From the bartenders and valets, the service was impeccable. Great food at Dean’s and the rooftop bar was fabulous!
