"The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them....

"The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. Lots of great places to eat in Wells and the surrounding area - excellent meal at the...

"Adequate accommodation as described. Comfortable beds. What would have improved our comfort? Freezer compartment therefore no ice cubes! Washing machine would have been useful for a weeks stay. Parasol or sun shade over terrace. Lacked a few essentials that would have made it more welcoming, first impressions. However, we had a lovely holiday in this great village.?"

Lovely room ,good value
"The room was very nice and good value. Enjoyed having a bath in the bedroom (but no soap for the bath (had my own luckily),nice shower soap etc,but fixed to the wall in the bathroom,which is great for the shower itself and appreciated,but difficult to get some out for the bath,in the bedroom. No big deal,but just a small point. But the building suffers for a lack of a bar . It just feels too sterile with the lack of a front face to the business. There is a nice terrace to the front,which would be so much nicer to be able to have a sandwich /snack and a glass of wine. It seems a shame,as you can see there once was a very nice bar inside,downstairs,it was just too quiet for us. "
