Barn Cottage (6), Salthouse, Norfolk

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (20)
"We had a lovely stay in this little high spec gem. Despite the coast road running at the front of the house, it's very quiet, and offers wonderful views over the salt marshes. The house was spotless, and we loved the big kitchen and AGA. Please note that firewood and BBQ charcoal are only provided upfront during the winter months (we did not know this beforehand)."

Marsh View - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1)
"Well equipped spotless modern house but decorated with character. Good location for coast and coastal towns. Good pub & great village shop in Salthouse. House split over three floors. Dog-friendly - worked well for our Labrador (no carpets, enclosed garden). Sitting room might be tight if 8 people staying (we were four). Only grumbles were wanting bigger towels (bath sheets) & firmer pillows. Otherwise was super!"

"Converted North Norfolk Flint Cottage located in quiet unspoiled seaside village. Excellent pub and well-stocked village store short walk away. Popular birdwatching area and 20 minute walk across marsh to sea. Stone beach and strong currents so swimming not recommended but popular resorts of Sheringham , Runton and Cromer a short drive away.. Cottage ideal for family.,Bunks a little challenging for the over 60s. Kitchen very well equipped. Lack of fencing in top part of garden requires pets...
