The staff were so welcoming, going over and above to make our stay comfortable, and continental breakfast in the morning was excellent, everything you could think off, served by a very lovely lady, sorry I didn’t get your name. "The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good. "
