Lovely hotel, spread over large gardens which makes it feel very uncrowded. Sea view room was very nice, spotlessly clean with fab bathroom. Staff are very helpful and friendly , especially the guy in charge of the bar upstairs! Very well positioned next to town on the best part of the beach. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean and big. You can be sure to walk off all the food from the all inclusive. The staff are very welcoming. Special mention to reception staff Lewis and Leno Reis who were patient with our requirements and also made recommendation on must visit local places. They were always on hand with any queries we had. Also a special mention to bar member Giovanni who went out of his way to ensure he assisted me as i was carrying a baby and another child on hand.

Nicely located, right on the beach and with a nice pool. An easy 15 min stroll along the beach to the centre of Santa Maria. Rooms were clean and spacious and well re-stocked each day, including with lots of bottles of water (this is necessary: don’t use the tap water!). Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers to and from the airport.

The lowrise building, simplicity, gentle and genuinely helpful staff and service was appealing.
The hotel was peaceful, quiet rooms and lovely hammock areas, yoga in the garden, top floor small gym, reading and relaxing spaces and a short walk across the road to the beautiful beach and a 15 min walk into the centre of Santa Maria along the beach boardwalk. Lovely time.

Had a fantastic eight nights, staff are so friendly and accommodating. Hotel is modern clean and with all the basics you require, Beach towels, toiletries, breakfast etc. Price was excellent as is the location just on the edge of town, 5 minutes walk to restaurants, the beach, shops etc - highly recommend

We had a great stay at this clean and modern apartment. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The bottle of water on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff and the owner were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again!
