Wir waren vorher im Melia Liana, hat sogar einen Stern mehr. Kann dem Robinson aber nicht das Wasser reichen. Auf keiner Ebene. Das Essen im Robinson setzen wir sogar auf Sterne Niveau. Nur meine Waage fand das nicht ganz so gut. Von den Zimmern, über das Wellness, Personal und Sportangebot ist alles perfekt. Die Anlage ist auch nicht so groß, wie alle anderen drum herum, hier fühlt man sich als Gast wahrgenommen und ist nicht nur einer von vielen. Aber das Erlebte zeigt, an was es dem Hotel fehlt. Durch die äusserst gute Auslastung sinkt die Qualität. Als Gast merkt man das dann auch. Es gibt nicht genügend Liegen für alle Gäste; zumindest nicht beim Poolbereich. Am Strand sind die Liegen bereits extrem abgenutzt. Und auch Auflagen sucht man vergebens. Und das Entäuschenste: das Essen. Das Restaurant ist definitiv zu klein für den Gästeansturm bei einer beinahen vollen Auslastund des Hotels. Und das Hotel scheint mit der Kühlung massive Probleme zu haben. Getränke und Speisen die kühl sein sollten sind es leider nicht. Es gibt noch vieles anderes, dass leider nicht so ist wie es sein sollte. Schade eigentlich.
