Reception manned 24/7, all staff helpful, friendly and efficient, free beach towels, nice breakfast, reliable wifi. The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."
