Enjoy the beauty of Saint-Jean-de-Luz in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques from this cozy suite. Only 400m from the Erromardie Beach and 2.5km from the town centre, you'll love the location of this unit. We can't wait to host you in our space! Near Erromardie Beach and with the first shops about 1km away, this is an excellent place to spend your holiday! Spend time exploring the pristine Basque coast, discovering the historic ports, beautiful beaches, local traditions, and famous surfing spots. This space can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests but can sleep up to 8 guests. • 2 Bedrooms each with 1 Double bed • 1 Bedroom with 1 Bunk beds • Sofa bed in the living room • We'll provide you with towels! • On-site laundry available • Local television • Cook a meal in your KITCHENETTE • Coffee maker • The on-site restaurant serves delicious snacks • Outdoor pool - open in the summer • Tennis courts • On-site guest service team • If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE indoor parking on-site! Our space has 3 BEDROOMS. The first and second bedrooms each have 1 Double bed. The third bedroom has Bunk beds. There is a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a separate toilet. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge. After a day at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, where two set menus are available for pre-booking. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Domaine Iratzia in Saint Jean de Luz where our 33m2 space is conveniently located. These include the shared outdoor pool (which is open from May to September) the tennis and Pelote courts (rackets/balls available for rent at a charge). The little ones will love the residence's playground! The residence is happy to arrange for breakfast service for an extra charge. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay. LOCAL FAVOURITES If you don't feel like cooking, our favorite place to eat is Pil Pil Enea, just a 10-minute drive away! Grab a drink at Bar Batxuri, 1 minute away. This is an ideal location if you want to relax at Plage d'Erromardie, just a 2-minute drive away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • Bed linen is included. • Towels are included. • Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €70/pet/week. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed. • Outdoor parking is free! • TV may only offer channels in French • Wi-Fi is free! • Breakfast service: €11 (adult) - €7 (4-12 years old) - no charge for children under 4 years old • Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bathtub) : 9€/day – 35€/stay • An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a driver's license is not valid • A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated.
