"Villa Rani is a loveley spacious house very much in the quiet countryside but not far from the town of Limoux, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Jean-Pierre and Basanti are friendly and helpful hosts any problems easily sorted. Donazac is probably the best area for walking that we have ever been and the private swimming pool a great relief in the hot weather.Please note that the internet can be hit and miss as you are on the end of the line from the village. No bad thing when you are on holiday.We had a fabulous 2 week stay and hope to go back soon."

"I had a very good stay here. My room was very comfortable and clean with good air-con. The hotel has a nice garden with a small swimming pool, perfect on a hot afternoon. I had 2 dinners - both excellent and good value. I did however think the breakfast was rather disappointing, would have been nice to have more choice and fresh jams etc, rather than plastic pots."

"Maison très agréable fonctionnelle (2 terrasses), il ne manque rien, cadre magnifique, si vous recherchez la quiétude vous êtes au bon endroit. Piscine au top. Idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 11), petits villages aux alentours magnifiques. Très bon accueil par la famille D'Huyvetter-Jacob qui sont pleins d'empathies et à dispositions. Attentive welcome from the owner and lots of nice touches, such as the gifting of a delicious homemade chocolate dessert on our final night. Makes a pleasant change from overly commercialised and formulaic hotels, where you are just part of a pipeline of guests - this feels more like staying with family or friends. Highly recommended"
