Spacious, contemporary design, separate toilet and bathroom and two TV's with plenty of hanging/storage space. Staff on the whole were friendly. We emailed ahead of time to ask if we could eat dinner in restaurant one evening and were assured that would be fine with no need to prebook. However, at the hotel the receptionist insisted that prebooking was required. Having showed her the email correspondence she reluctantly agreed that we could dine. Her manner was unwelcoming and abrasive. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and kind though. Breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable with omelettes and pancakes made to order. The dishes at the dinner buffet were tasty, but too limited. Pleased that we didn't include dinner in the package. Some public areas of the hotel are in need of refurbishment. Overall we were happy with our stay."
