We had an amazing time at Hotel Le Donjon! We got a taxi from Carcassonne airport to the city gates and then walked to the hotel from there as the city centre is car free. If you want something a bit off the trail, quiet, includes everything you need, you want to stay with Annie Claude. We had a wonderful rest and able to visit the local attractions. We were able to sit outside until dark and entertained by their dogs and sheep.
