The persons at the reception were very nice and helpful . The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. Staff seemed overworked, but very accommodating. Menu in restaurant was limited and pretencious in quality. Pool is very badly placed, clients of restaurant have a direct view, so hotel guests do not enjoy a private pool area. Very disappointing not to take advantage of the pool during a heat wave!
