"It my friends special birthday so this was a treat. Room was lovely. Went to the loo & there was a poo in the loo. The fridge smelt of fish. Complained & was told they will see if they could move us. After an hour sent to reception. They finally moved us, to an updated room. A lovely suite. Go into bathroom to find bin full of the last persons rubbish. The whole point to take my friend there was to take her to the spa. Which wasn’t open until the day we left."
