Nice relaxed dining on the terrace. Large, old-fashioned but well maintained rooms - old fashioned is a feature. Friendly and helpful staff. Not cheap but decent value for money."

"Lovely hotel, staff were fantastic and room was cleaned to an okay standard. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned, tea/coffee not replenished, no fresh towels, toilet rolls not replenished resulting in me having to call reception for more. That was the only downside to the stay"

"Very friendly staff and great location next to the water. You can walk from hotel to nearby villages or around the perimeter of the lake. The room was clean, well equipped and had a garden view and sofa."
