Sunset Vista is a spacious two-story mountain retreat designed for relaxing getaways and unforgettable Ruidoso moments. Perfect for couples, families, or friends, this pet-friendly home offers room for six and some of the most breathtaking views in town. Double covered east-facing decks span the width of the home, giving you the perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the valley and mountains to the east and north.  
  
The main living area sits on the top floor, where cathedral-style ceilings and an open floor plan create a bright and inviting space. Gather by the gas fireplace in the living room, catch a movie on the smart TV, or cook together in the large open kitchen with island and bar counter seating. Share meals at the formal dining table or dine al fresco on the upper deck with a gas grill and cozy seating area.  
  
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each offering a cozy queen bed and smart TV for unwinding after a day of adventure. The primary suite opens to the first floor balcony, perfect for morning coffee with a view, and includes an ensuite bathroom. A second full bath on this level and a convenient half bath upstairs make it easy for everyone to have their space.
