I arrived late on July 12 after my flight. When I checked in, the front desk told me the room I was assigned was the only room available until the general manager came in the next morning. Unfortunately, the room was not in acceptable condition. There was mold in the crevices of the bathtub tile, which I ended up scrubbing myself. I have The room was also very musty, which made it difficult for me to stay there. In addition, someone near my room was smoking a significant amount of marijuana, which further affected my breathing. Despite multiple attempts throughout the week to reach the general manager I was not issued a refund . Only stayed a couple hours and was charged for four nights . Dirtiest most unfriendly motel in Detroit . Do not recommend.

After we unpacked and settled into our room our air conditioner ceased working. We were moved to another room that was not even half as nice as the one we left. So we were inconvenience and had to repack for our room transfer because our air conditioner didn't work and we were given a much smaller room with a terrible view of rooftops filled with mechanical units on top of them. The staff was pleasant as they demoted us.

The staff were incredibly helpful, highly professional.

Air condion was not working inside room temperature was 90 Degree F... Windows did not open properly and window sills were dirty .. they put a loud fan in the room .. couldn't sleep all night .. I should get refund

Good location. No 'store' to get sunscreen, etc. Bar was closed on a Saturday afternoon.
