This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone. The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food.

Everything was excellent - clean room with staff very helpful throughout! There isn’t much amenities so bring your own amenities, but large room with private sauna was just perfect hideaway for a family with children. Will definitely visit again!

Brilliant all round. Only slight thing was it was tricky to eat breakfast with a nut allergy.

Ideally located with everything you need right by the side. there is bus stop right outside. This will take you to either the airport or the train station.

The villa was great and a good fit for our break point during our road trip up to Kittilä. A bit narrow for 8 people but good fun overall! Thanks Villa Havula.

Staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. As a stranded passenger who finally found refuge in this accommodation and getting excellent service from the frontline just make our delay all good again. I dont remember the name of the staff but we were there on 21 dec 3 pm till 22 dec 9am. Both time the gentleman and the lady at the reception was excellent. Our apartment was awesome. Clean, bed was very comfortable. Only complain was we could hear people outside the apartment running up...

My first time Traveling alone and I found the Perfect place to do it! This Hotel has been amazing and the Staff were so very helpful when I asked about the City and Busses, I want to give a special shout out to Juuli at the reception! Over all I had a lovely stay and plan to come back next year!

I was really happy with the hotel, for a budget holiday I dont think you can ask for more. Rooms were warm, nice and clean, beds very comfortable. Nice shower. Breakfast a nice option of food, simple but a big selection and vey nice. Hotel is based in fantastic location, close to everywhere, food, market, restaurants, trips etc. Hotel staff are very friendly, no issues at all. Would really recommend and come back.
