One thing to note, but wouldn’t detract us from staying again is that the Stairs is a bit steep to 2nd bedroom. We had 3year old and 7 year old. They have a gate at the top of stairs but may also be handy to have one at the bottom as well. Its a really good base, perfectly located in the city centre, easy walking distance to anywhere including most activity pickups. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you could want. We had dinner in the Bull Bar & Grill downstairs which had a really nice atmosphere, and very convenient as its just downstairs in the hotel, so you dont have to go outside! We had a burger and ribs and both were really good. The lounge area by reception is really tastefully done, and we enjoyed sitting there a few times enjoying the comfy seating and free flavoured water / blueberry juice. Our room was a little small (not much space to put suitcases/unpack) but the beds were comfortable, and a nice bathroom. Would happily stay there again."
