They were quick to sound polite on the phone, but as soon as Expedia got involved, they ignored everything and refused to stand by what was said. Very unprofessional and completely lacking in integrity. I would not trust this hotel at all."

"Our family room was perfect for us - my daughter loved the bunk beds and having the outdoor area was lovely and so handy for our dog. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly and we could even charge our electric car. The location was perfect too. There was nothing I would change about our stay! "
