"Excellent, just what we needed. Very clean/modern hotel with nice restaurant, staff and good breakfast. Parking on site. A little more out of town than we thought when we booked but easy to get the tram into centre."

"Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend "

"As I write, this Zenitude is virtually brand new. Opened only in May. So atm everything is immaculate. The hotel was a bit hard to find though, and we got lost in the underground car park! Could do with better signage tbh. Having said that it was virtually a perfect stay. Ive used a few Zenitudes around France and all have been excellent. This us wonderful value for money and possibly the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept on."
