"Great place to stay in Rouen. Very good value for tour money and a very helpful staff."

"I enjoyed my stay. The first room I was in was to stuffy and was a room where the windows didn't open. I talked to the front desk and they put me in a different room with an opening window and it was much better. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and it's very close to a bus stop, restaurant and carrefour city location(small grocery store) which was convenient"

"Beautiful property, lobby, hallways and spacious room that was well appointed. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us where to park, dinner plans and exploring the town. We had a very nice and simple dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and a visit to Rouen."

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very thin and I could hear a noise every 5 minutes, which I think may have been from the guest in the adjacent room. It sounded like he/she was on a ventilator. It took me a couple of...
