"Het huisje is aan opfrissing nodig. Ideaal voor 2 personen, zeker als je binnen moet eten is het klein voor 4 personen. Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...

Very pleasant surprise that the hotel is ideally suited for sight-seeing in Roen (see below), located around the corner from Market Square with the modern Joan of Arc Church and the site of where she was burnt on the stake.
