great quality interiors and brilliant service from the staff its situated by a Tesco and so its a bit "industrial" around but its ok

We had a lovely warm welcome and the room and amenities were fantastic. The food was good in the hotel, just a shame the bar wasn't open separately. However the room was really comfortable and clean with nice coffee!

Girlfriends 24th birthday so we stayed in the junior suite and it is one of the best views and rooms I have ever stayed in.

On the online booking form we requested a quiet room on the top floor and that is exactly what we got plus the added bonus of a lovely view of the abbey and other historic buildings. The hotel is located well away from the main road so no traffic noise. We had a meal in the bistro which had a good variety on the menu, all reasonably priced as were the drinks. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We didn't have breakfast but were told by other guests that it was excellent. I would recommend this...

Wonderful staff, great food. Easy access to airport. Great leisure facilities.

Stayed here as my daughter was catching an early morning flight the following day. Good value and very comfortable accommodation. Very clean throughout. £12 for parking but that's airports for you.

Hotel and Spa staff were very welcoming and helpful. Chef was amazing cooked a special vegan meal for my daughter each night we ate in hotel, as there was nothing suitable for her on menu. Room was comfortable and we had everything we required (only feedback I would give is that it would have been more useful to have a couple more sockets available). It was absolutely lovely! Very close to Edinburgh Waverley and some lovely restaurants. Calton Hill is right next door as well. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was plush and clean. We wish we could stay longer!

Very well run city/town centre hotel. Very clean, great central location, good breakfast and nice restaurant & bar. The only negative was the lack of free parking spaces for hotel residents (only 6). Although there is an inexpensive pay & display car park at the rear of the hotel, with access to the hotel.

Just got home from a weekend here and it was absolutely beautiful... breakfast options were great and swimming pool, sauna and steam room were great. My only bad point was the mattress wasnt all that but maybe its be being fussy. Netherless a beautiful place and we will be back in the summer

This was a great place to stay for our family trip to Edinburgh. The tram station is right outside and only 20 mins ins. We drove and parking was straight forward albeit chargeable at £8 per day. The pool was a real added bonus for our kids after a long day of tourism. Only slight issue for me is our kids are getting older and Novotels concept of a "family" room is starting to look less desirable than the Premier Inns as the sofa bed is tight. Great value convenient clean comfortable relaxing atmosphere

I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. Thank you so much.

Adored the lady that checked us in, who assisted us at a later point throughout our stay. The hotel was lovely, clean and warm. The swimming pool was a little cold at first but not too much of a problem. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a continental bar to help yourself to. Great hotel perfect location staff really attentive and so polite. Breakfast was lovely great choice and freshly prepared. The bed was so comfortable and nice pillows too. I would really recommend a stay here.

Well located hotel right in the royal mile. Has its own parking which is easy to find and discounted for hotel guests. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
