"Fabulous big room, we were upgraded and was a treat for our wedding night so we were absolutely delighted. Spotlessly clean, massive comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi bath, soft fluffy towels. Everything was first class. "

"The room was decorated very nicely, but the door for room 8 did not fit the frame very well and light came in all around the door and along the bottom. Also this was not a fire door, which my wife was very concerned about. As we did not check in until after 10pm, the night manager did offer us a different room, but stated all the doors were the same. She was also concerned as the lock did not work. When I booked the room on the confirmation email it did say about some noise, but our room was directly adjacent to the fans for the kitchens and these were running all night. I had a cooked breakfast which was average, my wife had croissants and a fruit salad with yoghurt. The croissants were very nice and there was plenty of jam, but the fruit salad contained several pieces of fruit that were past their best."
