"I came to Craythornes to for a celebratory girls weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a more amazing house. Firstly, it’s huge! So many places to hang out as a big group. And it’s so beautiful inside with such special character. The owner, Sarah, is also incredibly warm and welcoming. Would recommend it in a heartbeat."

"We had a mixed experience during our three-night stay. On the positive side, the staff were the highlight of our trip. From the cleaning team to the restaurant and pub staff, and even the security, everyone was incredibly friendly and chatty, which we really appreciated. The location was also convenient for visiting local shops and restaurants. However, there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. I barely slept because the gas bottle attached to the caravan was extremely noisy. The maintenance and cleanliness were also disappointing; there was a massive hole in our duvet cover, and the silicone around the basins and shower was in poor condition and needs replacing. We were also let down by the on-site dining and facilities. The food was expensive with limited choices, and the onion rings were poor—soggy on the outside with onion so hard you couldn't bite through it. Furthermore, we never got to use the indoor pool as it was never available. While we visited Kent because we had never been to the area before, based on this experience, we wouldn't want to come back here again. Overall, it was a disappointing stay despite the lovely staff."

"Really convenient and well appointed hotel in the centre of New Romney. My room was a single on the second floor. Small but totally functional with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent."

"Lovely stay in Seashells host was lovely good communication and the house absolutely beautiful and spotless - the sea view is amazing and the area is calm and peaceful. We have had a rough year so far and it was lovely to stay in such a well appointed house with my grown upChildren and dog - they also loved having the entertainment area in basement - thank you!"

"The house was amazing. The house was very well equipped with things we needed. The only things we would suggest are more than one hand towel per bathroom as some people use them for hair towels. Also, in the garden, the steps do not have a hand rail and my parents who are older struggled a bit walking up and down them. Instructions for things are very clear and we had an amazing time"

"Could not wish for a nicer place to stay. Stept into the caravan to find a very welcoming, home from home atmosphere. Cupboards and bathroom stoked with everything you needed. It took dog friendly to a whole new leave. Willow our dog was settled straight away. We are hoping to rebook later in the yeat"
