The Royal Garden Hotel has a team that provides an exceptional outcome every time which is why we return again and again. From reception to housekeeping , the restaurants and piano bar(try the cocktails) everyone pulls together 'on brand'. A must try."

"We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees. Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Location is good."
