I will never stay in this hotel again, non-friendly services, blocking my visa cards over 200 a night besides the charges, noisy in the morning, the only thing I like is the decor (the paintings and sculptures) otherwise it's not worth it!

We were very sorry to read that you were not satisfied with some aspects of your recent stay. In particular we would like to inform you that it is customary practice in Hilton Worldwide Hotels to take an authorization on a client’s credit card for a percentage equal to 50 Euro per day against incidental charges. Authorizations are reversed once the final bill is raised and paid on checkout.
