Underbar utsikt över Rom. Mycket trevlig personal.

Pros: Det fantastiska läget, lugnet och servicen. En kväll satt vi i baren och njöt av skön pianomusik.
Location: Det ligger ganska långt från sevärdheterna, detta gör att shuttlebussen är ovärderlig.
Fulla av beundran har vi vandrat runt och beundrat miljön och konsten. Vi har njutit av en fantastisk frukost. Tur att shuttlebussen finns, det skulle bli många taxiresor annars. Nu fick vi trevlig information längs turen av en mycket trevlig chaufför.

New beds required but the hotel is gorgeous

My third visit in 3 years. This hotel is our family favourite. Although the room appointments are opulent and the bed linens are high quality, the bed i had rm346 required "refreshing"

Magnifique hôtel avec un espace spa et détente d'exception. Dommage qu'il soit trop excentré du centre ville et sans arrêt de bus. Taxis fortement conseillé...

Amazing hotel BUT why do we have to pay to use the gym and swimming pool??!

I will never stay in this hotel again, non-friendly services, blocking my visa cards over 200 a night besides the charges, noisy in the morning, the only thing I like is the decor (the paintings and sculptures) otherwise it's not worth it!

This is my second visit to this hotel, both stays on the imperial level which I would highly recommend. The staff are very efficient and courteous and go out of their way to help. The spa facilities are excellent, the best I have been to and I've stayed at quite a few 5* spa hotels. I can't wait to visit again!

It was not up to my expectations as the lounge was undergone renovation and so moved to basement with I supposed with limited service only. Also, the self parking was closed because of a large function.

Classy and hospitable with great comfort

our last stay here was in 2010 and even after 6 years it remains classy and elegant. However there was some wear in the loveseat cushions. That was the only noticeable lack of elegance. The dining room is comfortable and food quality high. We were just disappointed that we were not able to dine at Le Pergola again since it was fully booked for a month. Reserving some spots for hotel guests would be appreciated in future. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The quiet of the rooms Is appreciated. The free Daily shuttle service to Barberini is an excellent feature for accessibility to the city sights.
