At the top of the list of fine Hotels

Pros: Everything from the art to the food, from the location to the pool, The Waldorf was spectacular. Even dog friendly!
Cons: I was completely satisfied.
Location: Great view of the city
Completely happy with my stay. Reception desk had enough personnel so there was no waiting. The concierge was very helpful with the bags, transportation and evan booking reservations at the best restaurants in the city,(Aroma, Mirabelle, La Pergola)

If you can you should !

Pros: The staff are really welcoming.
Cons: An iron in the room !
Location: Location itself is quiet but the hotel runs regular free shuttle into the city
Hotel staff are the best feature of this hotel, which says a lot when you consider the hotel itself is wonderful. At first sight the hotel may seem grand and formal but the staff are really friendly and welcoming, you soon relax and can fully appreciate the surroundings. The shuttle transfer bus into Rome is also excellent and once again the driver is both professional and very friendly and informative. Will definitely stay here again when I want to make a trip to Rome extra special.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is stunning. The staff bend over backwards to make everything perfect. If I called room service or my personal assistant, yes you have one, whatever it was was brought immediately! The Cavalieri also houses the worlds largest private art collection! It's sumptuous and you are pampered from the minute you arrive.

Top class destination, oasis in a all stone city. One thing, pool costs $20Euro to use. (ie, pool chair)

Ein gehobenes Hotel mit freundlichem Service

Pros: Zimmer waren sehr schön, besonders das Bad. Zimmer hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf Rom und Vatikan.
Cons: Gastronomiebereich
Schöne Hotelanlage, liegt aber abseits von Rom. Jedoch bietet das Hotel einen eigenen Shuttlebus-Service jede Stunde an. Super und aufmerksamer Service. Keine große Auswahl an Gerichten und ist ziemlich teuer.

Nice Hotel, overpriced limited dining options

Cons: realistic description of rooms, improve dining options and cost
Location: There was practically nothing to do nearby
Room description, offering Rome view was misleading, as we were initially given a room with pool view and large trees around the pool completely obscuring Rome view. Reception manager tried to to blame the misleading description on Expedia, but eventually moved us to a higher floor with unobstructed Rome view. But the new room had 2 double beds rather than king bed. Hotel staff did their best to prepare the room and make the double beds into one but the experience was rather ruined. Dining options was quite limited with only one restaurant that you had to book. Waiting time for meals was unbelievably long, waited another 15mins after starter for main dish which was quite underwhelming and overpriced. The fact that this hotel is so far out from town makes alternative dining arrangements quite an effort.

Excellent service. Eat at La Pergola but book well in advance. Will cost you but it's so worth it.
