After travelling all day, it was great to get to a hotel that caters to travellers. The staff were super helpful and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was typically European and started off the day on the right foot. The location is close to the train station which was super handy,
Perfect if you need something close to the train station.
24 hour reception with somewhere to store luggage was a bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful.

There’s a bed, shower, toilet and a basin. Nothing else except a noisy air-conditioner in a very small room. Very close to the railway station so ok if your stay is brief. Staff were friendly.

Room/Bedding was clean, staff where very attentive.
Although a basic hotel it was perfect for our stay.
No kettle in room but asked and a kettle two cups saucers and tea bags were given to me straight away . A great location just a 5 mins walk from the train station and we walked to all the main attractions, couldn't fault it,!
Everything was excellent and the hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the metro station and centrally located near all the tourist attractions.
Our stay in Rome exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff and especially with the help of Mahatab made us feel genuinely welcome with warm hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and perfectly located for exploring Rome’s historic sites, restaurants, and charming streets.
The room was quiet, and incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details, comfortable bed, and stunning views of the city. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of local and international options.
What truly made this stay memorable was the level of care from the entire team. Every recommendation they gave us from restaurants to places around the city made our trip even more special. Staying here made our experience in Rome unforgettable, and we would absolutely return on our next visit to Italy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in Rome.

We really liked this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
There are shops and restaurants right downstairs and across the street. The train station and bus stations are 2 mins walk. Our room is clean. Employees are super friendly. We asked for coffee in the morning, they brought to our room with croissants even though we didn’t buy breakfast. Location is very convenient. We walked to most of the tourist spots we visited. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome.
The room was spotless, and the staff was very, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very old building, but everything was updated and functional.

Staff was nice. Location was very good. That’s the 2 positives. The room is extremely small. It had a horrible odor that was making me sick. First they had window in bathroom open and a bad smelling air freshener in a plug. So they knew there was an odor. I took air freshener out because it was sickening as well. Left both windows open and AC running and smell still made me nauseous. I informed the lady on first morning. She apologized and said last guests did “something.” She would check it out. No change. Smelled like a dead body was rotting in a wall. Seriously. I was gagging. I wanted to leave but didn’t have much of a choice. Breakfast was 8 euros per person for coffee, juice, pastries, boiled egg, toast and apple or banana. Didn’t think it was worth that, but staff was nice and attentive. Building is over 200 years old. No English speaking tv channels on 19inch tv. Very close to train/ metro is why we chose this hotel.
Breakfast was good. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Room was adequate for our 3 nights. Very clean. Excellent location for our first visit to Rome.
