We didn’t have them. They said that they would do it the next day. They never did it the whole time we were there. We didn’t have any hot water for the next day. They said we didn’t know how to turn the water on right I told him we know how to turn on a faucet. It was the hot water heater was broke. One of the TVs in the room did not have all the channels that I was supposed to have. It was pretty trashy outside. I will say the inside was nice. They had major computer systems issues. But the room was clean and the hotel is superbly located in the heart of Rome. A "shout-out" to Giovanni and Julia for exceptional service. Good value but I'm not sure I would recommend it. The breakfast should have been included in the daily rate.
