I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Check in was a breeze. Even though someone might not be there when you check in, they give you great instructions on how to get into the building and your room. The common area is nice, lots of kitchen supplies you have access to. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us. It was well designed and comfortable. Breakfast and Iya (not sure on the spelling of her name) was beyond amazing. She was so friendly and always offering to make us breakfast and asking what we wanted for breakfast the next day. You can eat there in the common area or she’ll bring it to your room. They even offered eggs! She was so sweet and made our stay special. David, at the front desk, was also wonderful. Both are always willing to help and are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this bnb to anyone staying in Rome. Location was also great. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Overall, it was a very good experience. We had a very nice room and never had any complaints during our stay. They took care of everything, especially breakfast, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning on the last day, they had breakfast ready in my room the day before. That was very helpful. Check-in, however, was a bit of a hassle. No one was available when we arrived, so we had to call to confirm. Check-out also required a phone call to confirm. Upon entering the hallway was under construction with men working. We walked up the 2 flights of stairs that were covered in scaffolding to the hotel entrance. Once inside it was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful.
