"We had a fabulous week in your beautiful apartment. We call this the doggos holiday as we do everything they love, spend all day and night with them while they run, walk, swim, play ball eat and sleep. Perfect location for our week, beautiful views, coastal walks and beaches. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep in Mortehoe or venture into Woolacombe , eat at Barricane Beach, is highly recommended and Lee Bay, Grampous Inn is a must .Croyde for the Manor House. Apartment is modern, warm and comfortable, comfy beds, amazing kitchen. Dog towels and bowls provided. Katie and Graham have thought of everything and leave a lovely welcome box. "Location, location, location! Absolutely spectacular scenery in the surrounding area, a hikers paradise. (Bring good walking boots or wellies as some of the walks are muddy). We could watch the sun set over the water from the kitchen window which was incredible. The village is small and absolutely gorgeous, but still has several places to eat 2 takeaway and 2 eat in. There is a church, pub,museum and shop/post office - hearing bell ringing practice in the church on wednesday night was a treat.the bus service is good, goes every hour to Ilfracombe and wollacombe and bus stop is 5minutes walk from the house. The property is well equipped with great kitchen, comfy beds, additional tv in one of the bedrooms. Just would benefit from having a work desk in the twin bedroom with a WiFi extender as we had to work from the kitchen table which was not ideal. The twin bedroom would make the perfect spot for a desk because the view from the window is gorgeous (can see cows grazing on the hill by the sea). Only other issue we had was the codes given for the front door and bin store didn't work, fortunately residents in the flat below helped us out with this. Overall we had a fantastic stay and definitely will be back. Not suitable for people with mobility problems though cause quite a few steps alough our 75 year old mum did manage ok"

"Well equipped and comfortable unit. Go for the amazing location and views. Easy access to coastal and beach walks, walk down to Grunta Beach when the tide is out. Easy to walk to and from Woollacombe. Really enjoyed our stay."

"amazing hotel, room ready early for check in, room was lovely great sea view. The food at the restaurant was amazing as good as any Michelin starred establishment. Service was excellent. The walk down to the beach the next morning was awesome. Really first class all the way would definitely stay there again. "

"Property was delightful, situated near the village pub and shop post office and chip shop there was also a lovely bistro. The beach was within walking distance but was downhill! The coastal path was also accessible."
