"Our first night wasn’t the best. Extremely loud neighbors above, dirty bathroom. Got a text in the morning asking how our night was and we said it wasn’t good. Staff contacted us 15 min later, told us we would have the same above neighbors and offered us to move to the top floor with nobody above us. When we told them we had a graduation to attend and couldn’t move, the manager and her front desk staff that was helping us moved all four of our suitcases and extras to the new room. Had a great nights sleep the next night! Definitely not a 5 star hotel but for the location being in the beach and a heated pool yards from the ocean, ya can’t beat it."
