Friendly and available staff via WhatsApp, easy to order food to the room for all meals. The room was very clean and modestly stocked, which was perfect for a short stay. It was a short tuk or pick me call from local restaurants, and easy to book tours through the hotel. The cabins were super cute and felt like a nice escape! They allowed me to check out later to accommodate a spa reservation, and a bit later check out due to a tour running later than planned. Not too much for a hassle to update and arrange via WhatsApp. The food was good, did the job since the restaurants were a bit of a far walk on a rainy weekend, but delivery to the room was perfect and so easy. The adjoining spa was also AMAZING and I would highly recommend that as a "do not miss" aspect of the property. Would highly recommend a stay here and looking forward to coming back!
